Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in the Boys2Men & Girls2Win After School Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Enrollment and Participation

1.1. Eligibility: The Program is available to students in middle school (grades 6-8).
1.2. Program Schedule: The Program is scheduled to run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
1.3. Commitment: By enrolling, you confirm that your child is available to attend the Program on the specified dates and times. If there are any scheduling conflicts, please notify us in advance.

2. Attendance and Participation

2.1. Program Availability: The Program is provided at no cost to participants. However, consistent attendance is crucial for the success of the program.
2.2. Attendance Policy: Participants are expected to attend every class on the scheduled days and times unless there are unavoidable circumstances.
2.3. Absences: If your child will miss a class, please notify us in advance to ensure proper accommodations.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1. Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during all classes and activities. This includes respecting instructors, fellow students, and the virtual learning environment.
3.2. Disciplinary Action: Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund. We reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary actions.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

4.1. Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child has access to the necessary technology, internet connection, and a suitable environment for attending virtual classes.
4.2. Attendance: Parents/guardians should ensure that their child attends the Program on the scheduled days and times. Absences should be communicated in advance.

5. Liability and Release

5.1. Limitation of Liability: By enrolling in the Program, you agree to release Boys2Men & Girls2Win, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation, including in the event of technical difficulties.
5.2. Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, the parent/guardian listed on the registration form will be contacted immediately. Please ensure that emergency contact information is current and accurate.

6. Recording and Media

6.1. Class Recordings: Some classes may be recorded for educational purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your child’s image or voice in class recordings, which may be used for internal purposes or promotional materials.
6.2. Media Release: If you do not wish for your child to be featured in any video or media materials, please inform us in writing prior to the start of the Program.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1. Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes and Cancellations

8.1. Program Modifications: Boys2Men & Girls2Win reserves the right to make modifications to the Program schedule, content, or format at any time, including but not limited to changes to class times, instructors, or course materials.
8.2. Cancellations: If the Program is canceled for reasons outside of your control (e.g., technical difficulties, low enrollment), you will be notified promptly.

9. Governing Law

9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration form and enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.
